Terms & Conditions.

By joining any Outdoor Social event, you agree to the terms below:

1. Risk Acknowledgment

Outdoor activities involve natural hazards, physical effort, and unpredictable conditions. You understand and accept these risks by choosing to participate.

2. Health Disclosure

You agree to share any medical or physical conditions that may affect your safety or ability to take part in activities.

3. Liability Release

You release Outdoor Social, its team, and affiliates from any claims for injury, illness, or loss arising from participation, including those caused by ordinary negligence, as allowed under Utah law. This does not include gross negligence or intentional harm.

4. Media Consent

You may be photographed or filmed at events. By attending, you allow Outdoor Social to use your image for promotional purposes unless you let us know otherwise in writing.

5. Agreement to Terms

By registering, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agreed to this waiver. You take full responsibility for your participation.
